Our Philosophy
Through the use of appropriate guidance, Petits Genies offers a safe, enriching and educational environment for children. Our play-based program incorporates some elements of Reggio Emilia and Montessori. We offer some of our curriculum in French and we emphasize the education of the whole child, which is based on the principle of respect, responsibility and community.
We have a schedule for each day; however we believe that being flexible with children will help them to be more creative and productive. Our activities are mostly based on their interests.
Most of the materials are academically oriented; however, we do not force a child to participate in an activity that he or she is not interested.
